HOPE PILIPINAS

CHITO (Commercial Helper for Increased Trade Opportunities) is the name given to the AI (artificial intelligence) agent model developed by AI Pinas in partnership with Hope. AI Pinas is a subsidiary of Hope Pilipinas, created in 2022 with the goal of creating an AI agent capable of helping Filipino entrepreneurs.

In 2021, URS (Universal Rewards System), a company specializing in offline data-mining (by way of rewarding consumers in exchange of their physical receipts), joined Hope as part of its initial core group of MSMEs. URS turned-over inputs from offline receipts gathered since 2008. This paved the way for AI Pinas' understanding of the consumer market and the associated trends.

These insights later proved valuable as key to analyze practices of various businesses, across all sectors. By way of thirteen (13) years of consumer and business data (2008-2021), AI Pinas was able to develop a unique database and integrate it in its custom LLM (large language model), to help aspiring entrepreneurs understand the Filipino market.

Since 2021, CHITO has been learning even more, becoming efficient as the days go by. Our AI model is equipped with the dataset analysis of over a decade, experiences of more than 10,000 entrepreneurs and enterprises (increasing as we speak), and the collective behavior of consumers in the offline-market since 2008.

Since offline data is scarce, as current technology only allows capture of information that were digitally provided, CHITO's unique build makes it the ONLY reliable tool that can help aspiring Filipino entrepreneurs succeed in business at the dawn of artificial intelligence.
