YESTERDAY
HOPE was founded in April 2018 and proved its significance in the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Its concept was tested among small sitios in Cebu City, Philippines. Due to lockdowns, HOPE developed a unique online system that allowed displaced workers start their own business without the need of a working capital. Since then, its success has been replicated in other parts of the country.
TODAY
As of 2025, HOPE have served 160,000 beneficiaries catering to 1.6 million customers per month. The success of the program is attributed to its usage of emerging technologies such as AI and Machine Learning to drive results. In partnership with the government and the private sector, Hope was recognized as the most innovative social enterprise in S.E. Asia.
TOMORROW
HOPE envisions itself as the largest social enterprise in the Philippines by December 2026. Based on the success of its current partnerships, Hope expects to reach ten (10) million beneficiaries by December 2028. With this number, a total of 16 million customers are expected to be served by the program. Hope is a proud partner of the government to alleviate poverty.
